Capital increase for the Akara Diversity PK
Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK is conducting a capital increase with subscription period until the end of November. This is the fifth issue of the fund launched in 2016.
The fund management company Akara Funds announces that it will issue up to approximately 118,000 new units in the Akara Diversity PK (Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK). The issue price per unit will be CHF 1,110 net.
The subscription period started on October 28 and runs until November 29. The subscription ratio is 20:3, and the issue is being carried out on a "best effort basis" as part of a subscription offer to investors in Switzerland who are admitted in accordance with the fund contract.
The fund management intends to inform investors of the definitive number of new units to be issued by December 16 at the latest. The new units will then be paid up on December 20.
The fund intends to use the proceeds from the issue to continue investing in real estate assets and projects throughout Switzerland and to repay short-term debt, the statement added. (ah)
