Aevis Victoria invests in Paris

Aevis Victoria announces that it has acquired the real estate company SCI François 1er through its French subsidiary SAS Clinique Spontini. It will thus become the owner of the Clinique Nescens Paris Spontini building at 68bis rue Spontini in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Aevis Victoria puts the market value of the building, which has a gross floor area of 1,250 sqm, at around 15 million euros, the equivalent of around CHF 16.5 million.

Clinique Nescens Paris Spontini specializes in aesthetic surgery & medicine and aesthetic care. It has a medical and hotel infrastructure and attracts national and international clients, Aevis Victoria said. (ah)
