Aevis Victoria acquires in the hotel sector
Aevis Victoria takes over Seiler & Partenaires Holding and expands its hotel portfolio by a total of six hotels, including the Mont Cervin Palace and the Hotel Monte Rosa in Zermatt.

The six properties in five locations in Switzerland comprise a total of nearly 780 rooms and will generate total revenue of about CHF 115 million in fiscal 2020, Aevis Victoria says.
Seiler Hotels include the 5-star luxury Hotel Mont Cervin Palace and the 4-star boutique Hotel Monte Rosa, both located in the center of Zermatt. In total, the hotels have 191 rooms and an average occupancy rate of more than 70%. There are a total of seven restaurants in the properties. Seiler Hotels also owns the building of the Monte Rosa Hotel as well as other properties in and around Zermatt.
Aevis Victoria had made a takeover offer to the shareholders of Seiler & Partenaires Holding, which controls over 90% of the share capital of Zermatt-based Seiler Hotels AG. By October 16, 2019, 177,750 shares or 98.75% of the capital had been tendered and the company was therefore integrated into Aevis Victoria as of November 1. (ah)
