Steiner Invest launches new investment group

The first investment group of the Steiner Investment Foundation (Steiner Invest), established in 2016, Swiss Development Residential, invests in residential real estate projects. With the new Swiss Development Commercial investment group, the focus is now shifting to commercial real estate projects.

The new investment group is a Swiss commercial real estate project portfolio in very good macro and micro locations, says Steiner Invest. A special feature of the investment group is the "valuation model". This means that the investor does not profit only after completion of the project - as is usually the case - but for the most part already during the development phase at the time the building permit is obtained. In addition, the development fee is not owed until the building permit is received, which largely offsets the development risks, Steiner Invest added.

The Steiner Investment Foundation is based in Zurich and was entered in the commercial register on September 30, 2016. On November 1 of this year, KGAST, the Conference of Managers of Investment Foundations, accepted the Investment Foundation as an official member. (ah)
