The HSC Fund was launched in 2016 and was approved as a mutual fund by the financial regulator Finma at the beginning of 2018. The listing should allow investors to benefit from increased liquidity and visibility of their fund units, according to fund management company Helvetica Property Investors. With the listing, the fund will be included in the "SXI Real Estate Broad" and the "SXI Real Estate Funds Broad".

The fund's real estate portfolio comprises properties with a market value of around CHF 640 million. Further acquisitions are planned, according to the fund management, so that the portfolio should reach a market value of around 700 million by the end of the year.
