HSL Fund completes first capital increase
The Helvetica Swiss Living real estate fund (HSL Fund) raised around CHF 42.4 million in its initial offering.

According to the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors, 423,715 units were subscribed in the capital increase for the HSL Fund. The fund will thus receive CHF 42.4 million from its first issue. The proceeds will be invested directly in two secured start-up portfolios of residential properties in German-speaking Switzerland, Helvetica Property Investors said.
According to the fund management, the HSL fund invests in residential real estate throughout Switzerland. The focus is on existing properties and properties in need of maintenance and renovation that are expected to increase in value. (ah)
