Crowdlitoken: Renato Fassbind becomes member of the board of directors
Renato Fassbind joins the Board of Directors of fintech company Crowdli from Frauenfeld and its subsidiary Crowdlitoken.
Renato Fassbind has worked as an independent consultant since 2010 and sits on various boards of directors of Swiss companies, for example he is Vice Chairman of Swiss Re in Zurich, a member of the Board of Directors of Nestlé and Kühne+Nagel International. From 2004 to 2010 he was CFO at Credit Suisse, before that he was CEO of the Diethelm Keller Group and CFO at ABB.
Bruno Benaglio was also elected to the Crowdli Board of Directors at the same time as Fassbind. According to Crowdli, Benaglio has been very closely associated with the company since it was founded in 2016 and, as an independent consultant, has contributed to the current status of the crowdfunding platform with his knowledge and network. He is also a strong advocate of the digital development of real estate financial investments.
Crowdli brokers co-ownership shares in directly held investment properties via its own crowdfunding platform. The subsidiary Crowdlitoken intends to issue digital real estate bonds. (ah)
