New member of the Board of Directors for Mobimo
Dr. Martha Scheiber is to be elected to the Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding. She is to succeed Wilhelm Hansen, who will not be standing for re-election.
Scheiber was Head of Asset Management and a member of the Executive Board of Pax Holding until 2019. In this role, she was also responsible for the insurance company's real estate investment portfolio, according to Mobimo. As Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Pax Verwaltungen AG, she was also responsible for Pax's real estate services, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pax Anlage, she provided strategic support for the real estate development of the company, which was listed on the stock exchange until 2017.
Before joining Pax, Scheiber held various management positions at major Swiss banks. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Luzerner Kantonalbank since 2014. (ah)
