PSREF presents half-year report
Patrimonium Asset Management sees the Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund (PSREF) on track in the first half of the year. The fund had performed well.

As of September 30, 2019, Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund holds 51 residential properties, eight mixed-use properties, five commercial properties and four new construction projects in its portfolio. Rental income in the first six months was 22.47 million.
The total value of the portfolio increased from CHF 903 million to CHF 935 million compared to March 31, 2019. The net asset value increased from CHF 131.19 (after distribution) to CHF 133.68.
As of September 1, PSREF purchased a residential property with twelve apartments at Place du Vallon 10 in Lausanne for 5 million. Patrimonium Asset Management sees growth potential in new construction projects of the fund, which are located in Montreux, Crissier, Basel and in Baar. The projects are scheduled for completion in the second and fourth quarters of 2020, it said.
PSREF continues to pursue replenishment projects in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva and Fribourg; a replenishment in Lausanne was completed by the end of October.
PSREF invests mainly in residential and mixed-use properties in the Lake Geneva region and on the axis of Fribourg, Bern, Basel and Zug. (ah)
