Swiss Life Investment Foundation raises 650 million
The Swiss Life Investment Foundation's "Real Estate Switzerland" and "Commercial Real Estate Switzerland" investment groups received a total of CHF 650 million during their re-opening.

According to a statement from the Swiss Life Investment Foundation, the re-opening met with great interest from investors - both investment groups were oversubscribed several times over. The investment foundation's investor base has been expanded by 25% and now totals over 550 Swiss pension funds.
According to the investment foundation, the newly raised capital of CHF 650 million was used to finance the acquisition of a portfolio of 44 properties with a volume of over CHF 500 million. Further acquisitions and the realization of construction projects are also planned.
The "Real Estate Switzerland" investment group invests in residential properties in Swiss cities or their agglomerations. The "Commercial Real Estate Switzerland" investment group invests in commercial properties in central locations.
According to the Swiss Life Investment Foundation, the two investment groups achieved an investment return of T5.421m ("Real Estate Switzerland") and T5.161m ("Commercial Real Estate Switzerland") in the past financial year. (ah)
