Steiner Invest: New issue for Swiss Development Residential
Steiner Investment Foundation (Steiner Invest) is conducting the tenth issue in just under three years for the Swiss Development Residential investment group.
The issue is being launched "due to current and attractive project acquisitions," Steiner Invest said. The intention is to further expand the portfolio and to accept interested investors who are on the waiting list.
The investment group's portfolio of Swiss residential real estate projects comes from Steiner AG's development pipeline, with investments focused on top agglomerations, the statement added.
The subscription period for the current issue runs from December 3 to 16, 2019, with units allocated on December 16. The first payment is scheduled for December 27.
Since its launch in March 2017, the Swiss Development Residential investment group has grown to an invested capital of over CHF 276 million, according to Steiner Invest. The projected completion value of the portfolio of 25 projects is currently 779.3 million. (ah)
