JLL rated for Pensimo
JLL Switzerland has been mandated by the Board of Trustees of the Pensimo Investment Foundation as evaluator for the Casareal and Proreal investment groups.
According to JLL Switzerland, the properties of the Casareal (residential buildings) and Proreal (commercial buildings) investment groups will be valued at market value from next year.
The Pensimo Investment Foundation holds around 170 properties with a market value of over CHF 2 billion in its direct portfolio, making it one of the largest investment foundations with Swiss real estate investment groups.
According to the company, the evaluation team at JLL is made up of Daniel Schneider and Sabrina Läderach as well as other evaluators. (ah)
