Peter Mettler withdraws from Allreal's Board of Directors
Peter Mettler resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Allreal Holding effective December 6, the company announced.
The reason for Peter Mettler's departure is the planned listing of the real estate company Novavest Real Estate on the SIX Swiss Exchange on December 16, 2019.
As a member of the board of directors and CEO of Novavest Real Estate, Mettler wants to focus on these functions and has therefore announced his resignation from the board of Allreal Holding, the company said. Mettler was since april 2018 Board member of the real estate company. (ah)
