Helvetia investment group buys residential portfolio
The Real Estate Switzerland investment group of Helvetia Investment Foundation increased its capital by CHF 75 million and acquired a portfolio of seven properties.
According to a statement by Helvetia Investment Foundation, 42 investors - semi- and fully autonomous pension funds - subscribed to the capital increase of the Real Estate Switzerland investment group. It raised CHF 75 million in the process.
With the fresh money and the funds from capital increase of 2018 in the amount of 110 million, the investment group has acquired a residential portfolio for 182 million. According to the information, it is seven residential properties in seven cantons from the portfolio of Helvetia Insurance.
According to its own information, the investment foundation manages pension assets totaling 815 million in the Real Estate Switzerland investment group. (ah)
