Wincasa takes over Property Service from Swiss
The real estate service provider Wincasa has won a management mandate from Swiss International Air Lines (Swiss).
Wincasa says it will take over tenant-related commercial management services for Swiss' properties from February 3, 2020. This includes, among other things, leasing, lease management, contact management for external tenants and the billing of heating and operating costs.
According to a statement from Wincasa, the contract covers 32 buildings with a net floor area of over 250,000 sqm throughout Switzerland. The term is two years, and there are also three one-year extension options. (ah)
