Apleona: New Head of Construction Services Switzerland

Beat Züger, a graduate engineer ETH, joined Apleona Real Estate in Wallisellen in 2016 as construction project manager. Previously, he was an independent architect in single-family house construction and later responsible for projects in the hotel, commercial and residential sectors.

Since the beginning of the year, Züger and his team at the Wallisellen, Basel, Lausanne and Geneva locations have been managing construction projects and, increasingly, building-specific sustainability issues on behalf of Apleona's property management clients, the company says. (ah)
