HSL Fund acquires two residential portfolios
Helvetica Swiss Living (HSL Fund) has acquired two portfolios with a total of 14 properties in German-speaking Switzerland.

These acquisitions bring the HSL Fund's portfolio to around CHF 88 million, according to Helvetica Property, the fund management company.
The properties reportedly have a rental area of over 21,000 sqm and generate target rental income of around 4.0 million per year. With the exception of one newly refurbished property, the properties are "virtually fully leased," it adds.
The residential buildings are located in the towns of Benglen ZH, Dottikon AG, Grenchen SO, Haag SG, Hirschthal AG, Kaisten AG, Lufingen ZH, Neuhausen SH, Oberkulm AG and Zetzwil AG. (ah)
