Cronos Immo Fonds plans capital increase
The Cronos Immo Fund plans to launch an issue from mid-February.
The capital increase will be carried out on a "best effort" basis. Up to 519,288 new units in the Cronos Immo Fund are to be issued, with four units entitling the holder to subscribe to one new unit. The fund management intends to announce the issue price when the issue prospectus is published. There are no plans to trade subscription rights.
The subscription period runs from February 17 to March 6, 2020; payment is expected to take place on March 16, 2020.
The fund intends to use the issue proceeds to finance buildings in its portfolio, repay mortgage debt and finance the acquisition of new properties, which are currently being negotiated or finalized. (ah)
