Swiss Prime Site buys for 90 million
Swiss Prime Site Immobilien has acquired four properties in the cantons of Bern, Zurich and Basel-Landschaft for a total of CHF 90 million.

According to the real estate company, the acquisitions in Basel-Landschaft are fully leased properties. Both land parcels have great potential for future project developments, it adds.
In Zollikofen (BE), Swiss Prime Site Immobilien will become the owner of a fully leased office property as of March 2020. In Uster (ZH), the company has been awarded a plot of land adjacent to an existing property. According to the company, this consolidation will significantly increase the development potential of the site.
Swiss Prime Site Immobilien also announces that the Yond project in Zurich and the Schönburg project in Bern have been added to the portfolio as of the end of 2019 with an occupancy rate of over 80% and around 95% respectively.
In the large-scale project Espace Tourbillon in Plan-les-Ouates (GE), sales have been made in commercial condominium ownership; buyers are local SMEs. Approximately 40% of the third building intended for sale has now been sold. In 2017, the company has already sold two complete buildings to the Wilsdorf Foundation. (ah)
