QSREE invests in Ireland
The open-ended special AIF Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe (QSREE) has acquired an office building in Dublin. This is the third acquisition in Ireland.
QSREE purchased the Three Haddington Buildings in Dublin. The neighboring building, Two Haddington Buildings, has been a portfolio property of the fund since March 2018.
The Three Haddington Buildings was built in 1979 and refurbished in 2018/2019. It is located on a 1,270 sqm plot and has a rental area of around 2,000 sqm spread over four floors. There are also 14 outdoor parking spaces and around 30 bicycle parking spaces.
The property is located in the Dublin 4 office district, around one and a half kilometers from the city center. The location is characterized by excellent transport links and a good public infrastructure, according to a press release. (ah)
