New consulting company at the start
Kirsten Rust and Mahira Begovic Wildhaber have founded the real estate consulting company Axentica Real Estate in Zurich.
Axentica Real Estate is an "agile real estate consulting company" that specializes in office space leasing and search, as well as real estate consulting for commercial properties, the founders wrote in a statement. It targets institutional and private owners as well as tenants of commercial real estate.
Kirsten Rust previously worked for SPG Intercity Zurich. Most recently, she was Head of Tenant and Landlord Representation and a member of Business Performance. She left the company at the end of 2018, but was still available for selected projects.
Mahira Begovic Wildhaber most recently worked for Swiss Finance & Property Group as Asset Manager Direct Real Estate. Previous positions include CBRE, where she was Head of Letting Zurich, and Colliers. (ah)
