Engel & Völkers Wohnen Switzerland reports record turnover
Engel & Völkers Residential Switzerland generated brand commission sales of over CHF 40 million in the 2019 financial year.
For the first time since its founding more than 15 years ago, Engel & Völkers Wohnen Schweiz reports that it has exceeded the CHF 40 million sales mark. Compared to the previous year, this is an increase of around 23%.
According to CEO Thomas Frigo, the reason for the growth is the good development in Eastern Switzerland and in Zürichsee Thalwil. In addition, the residential real estate stores in Ascona, Bülach, Pfäffikon, Zug, Gstaad, Wallisellen, Basel-City and Zürichberg, among others, have increased their sales significantly.
The location in Ascona of license partner Claudia Tresch was the best Swiss store last year, Engel & Völkers further informs. The team has increased sales compared to the previous year
to just under 4 million. The store in Gstaad ranked second with sales of over 3 million, followed by the store in Zug with sales of around 2.7 million.
Engel & Völkers Wohnen Schweiz is currently represented at around 50 locations throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. (ah)
