New issue for Steiner Invest investment group

According to the investment foundation, the issue volume is expected to be CHF 150 million. The subscription period runs from February 10 to 28, 2020, with the allotment scheduled for March 3. There will be a maximum of three liberations spread over nine months between March 20, 2020 and December 23, 2020, Steiner Invest added. The issuance commission is reportedly 1.50%.

Investments will be made in Swiss cities with more than 20,000 inhabitants and in attractive micro-locations with good transport links, according to the investment foundation. The issuance is intended to expand the portfolio and attract new investors. It was only in December 2019 that the "Swiss Development Residential" investment group carried out its last issue.
