BFW Real Estate: BFW Holding holds 84% of the voting rights

According to a statement from BFW Liegenschaften, a total of around 1.3 million registered category A shares in the real estate company had been tendered to BFW Holding AG by the end of the additional acceptance period on February 7, 2020. This corresponds to a success rate of 51.11%.

Including the shares already held by the holding company, the current shareholding amounts to 1.65 million registered shares category A and five million registered shares category B. This corresponds to 84.32% of the voting rights and 63.48% of the share capital of BFW Liegenschaften, the company says. The completion of the takeover offer is scheduled for February 14, 2020, it said. (ah)
