Mobimo issues 220 million bond
Mobimo Holding has issued a bond for CHF 220 million.
According to a Mobimo press release, the fixed-rate bond has a coupon of 0.25% and a term of eight years.
The real estate company intends to use the money to repay short-term financial liabilities and finance ongoing projects from the pipeline as well as general business activities.
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse and UBS acted as joint lead managers for the transaction, with Basler Kantonalbank acting as co-lead. Trading of the bond on the SIX Swiss Exchange has reportedly been applied for. (ah)
