Utilita extends subscription period for capital increase
Utilita Investment Foundation is extending the subscription period for its capital increase by five weeks.

The Utilita Investment Foundation announced in December, to carry out an issue with a maximum volume of CHF 50 million. The proceeds will be used to expand the portfolio of the "Swiss non-profit real estate" investment group.
At the request of various investors, Utilita has now decided to extend the subscription period by five weeks. It will now run until March 24 instead of February 14 as initially planned. The allotment will now be announced on Thursday, March 26, but the payment date of April 3 will be retained as planned.
Utilita was founded in February 2017; according to previous information, the investment group's portfolio is worth around 100 million. It comprises existing properties in German and French-speaking Switzerland as well as two larger properties under construction. According to the investment foundation, the planned annual growth of 40 to 60 million was well achieved in the last financial year with around 64 million. (ah)
