Price Hubble expands in Germany
Zurich-based proptech Price Hubble has gained a new customer in the form of the major German comparison portal Check 24.
Check 24 will use Price Hubble's digital real estate valuation in the area of construction financing, the proptech announced. Real estate buyers will be able to determine the value of their desired property as the basis for a mortgage offer.
According to Proptech, only a few details - such as the type of property, address, living space, year of construction, condition and furnishings - are required to obtain a precise and comprehensible estimated value. In addition to the valuation, buyers would receive information about the property's value development as well as details about the surrounding area, such as schools, shopping facilities, doctors or pharmacies and transport links.
In order to obtain reliable valuations and forecasts, the company aggregates and analyzes a large amount of data and uses big data analytics and artificial intelligence, Price Hubble continues. The company has offices in Zurich, Berlin, Paris and Tokyo. (ah)
