Corpus Sireo acquires in The Hague
Corpus Sireo, an investment company belonging to Swiss Life, has acquired an office building in The Hague from Warburg-HIH Invest via an asset deal.

The property is the Haagsche Hof office building at Parkstraat 83-91 in The Hague, which was built in 1996. According to Warburg-HIH Invest, the property has a total leasable area of around 10,900 sqm and 298 parking spaces. The main tenants are coworking provider Regus and Schlumberger, a company specializing in oil extraction services, it said. The occupancy rate is 89%, Warburg-HIH Invest further reports.
The company had acquired the multi-tenant building in 2012 for a pan-European special AIF. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price. The property was sold in a structured bidding process. CBRE acted as advisor to the seller. (ah)
