HSL Fund seeks fresh capital
Helvetica Swiss Living (HSL Fund) carries out a capital increase of up to CHF 45 million.

The subscription period for the issue begins on March 2 and ends on March 13. Each existing unit of the HSL Fund will be allotted one subscription right, and one subscription right entitles the holder to subscribe for one new unit. The issue price is CHF 105.19 net.
A maximum of 423,715 new units will be issued, increasing the number of fund units in circulation to up to 847,430 units.
According to the fund management, the aim of the capital increase is to gain additional equity capital in order to be able to further expand the real estate portfolio. An investment volume of around 32 million has already been secured for short-term purchases and negotiations are underway - in some cases exclusively - for the purchase of further properties with a total volume of around 120 million, the fund management company adds.
