Next capital increase for the Akara Diversity PK
Akara Funds plans to raise between CHF 200 million and CHF 250 million for the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK in May. This is already the sixth capital increase since the fund's launch.

Akara Funds AG, a company specializing in real estate fund development, asset management and real estate services, is already planning the next capital increase for the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK (Akara Diversity PK) in the second quarter of 2020; the issue volume is expected to be between CHF 200 and 250 million.
Akara Funds AG cites "property purchases made at solid returns", a "promising real estate pipeline and the secured investment volume from upcoming construction projects" as the background to the capital measure.
The upcoming issue, the sixth capital increase since the launch of the fund, is planned with a subscription period in May 2020 and payment at the end of June 2020. Detailed terms of the issue will be published in advance.
The aim is to consolidate the investment strategy of geographic and sector diversification, as well as to expand the investor base in order to increase the liquidity of the securities and reduce the leverage ratio. According to the fund management company, the new capital inflow from the capital increase is expected to be fully invested by the time of payment. (bw)
