SPG Intercity Zurich gets a new Head Investment Advisory
Dr. Martin Greiner will assume the position of "Head Investment Advisory" at SPG Intercity Zurich as of June 2020 and will become a member of the Executive Board.

Dr. Martin Greiner will lead the team at SPG Intercity Zurich, which supports investors in transactions and provides other investment advisory services in German-speaking Switzerland.
The 38-year-old is a proven expert in real estate valuation and transactions on both the seller and buyer side and has many years of professional experience in the international real estate business, says SPG Intercity. His career has included positions at DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield. Greiner is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a CFA charterholder.
Greiner succeeds Béatrice Gollong, who will leave the company at the end of April after seven years, to become Head of Acquisition and Commercial Space Marketing and a member of the extended management team at Hiag Immobilien.
As of June, the management team of SPG Intercity Zurich will consist of Natalia Ignatova (Tenant Representation), Gabriela Brandenberg (Office and Retail), Martin Greiner (Investment and Consulting) and Robert Hauri (CEO). Hauri will lead the Investment and Consulting department on an interim basis until Greiner joins. (ah)
