La Foncière increases capital

Up to approximately 1.24 million new shares in the fund are to be issued at a price of CHF 88.00 net each. The issue thus has a volume of up to 108.9 million. Ten existing shares entitle the holder to subscribe to one new share.

The issue will be made on a "best effort" basis, i.e. without firm underwriting. Unsubscribed shares will not be issued and the issue amount will be reduced accordingly. The Cantonal Bank of Geneva (BCGE) reserves the right to subscribe for all or part of the unsubscribed shares after the subscription period. The new units will be entitled to dividends for the 2019/2020 fiscal year as of October 1, 2019, the fund management company further announces. (ah)
