Von Graffenried Group launches real estate fund
The private bank Von Graffenried launches its first real estate fund. It invests in the Espace Mittelland region.
According to the company, the new real estate fund of the Von Graffenried Group is the first SICAV (société d'investissement à capitale variable) to be established in the canton of Berne. The fund manager is Dr. André Nussbaumer, with Solufonds acting as fund manager.
Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV will invest in the residential, commercial, industrial and logistics sectors with a focus on the Espace Mittelland region, it adds. The fund intends to hold the properties directly.
For the initial portfolio, 96 small apartments on Bondelistrasse in Wabern have been taken over, and the purchase of several properties is currently being examined. Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV reports that it is constantly accepting acquisition objects for examination.
The fund is aimed at qualified investors and will have a subscription volume of CHF 50 million. (ah)
