HSL Fund raises 45 million

The real estate fund Helvetica Swiss Living (HSL Fund) has completed its capital increase and generated proceeds of CHF 45 million.

According to the fund management company, 423,715 units were subscribed at a net issue price of CHF 105.19 each as part of the issue, which was conducted from March 2 to 13, 2020. This means that there are now 847,430 units in circulation. The payment took place on March 18, 2020; the units are traded over the counter by Banque Cantonale Vaudoise.

The HSL Fund will receive funds of around 45 million from the capital increase, which will be used to further expand the portfolio of residential properties. The investment focus is on existing properties as well as properties in need of maintenance and repair that show potential for value appreciation.
