BFW Holding further increases shares in BFW Liegenschaften
BFW Holding now holds 95.61% of the voting rights in BFW Liegenschaften AG, the company announced.
Frauenfeld-based BFW Holding has acquired a total of 891,114 category A registered shares from two institutional investors, BFW Liegenschaften writes in a statement.
This increases the holding of the Holding to approximately 2.54 million registered shares category A and 5 million registered shares category B. This corresponds to 95.61% of the voting rights and 89.79% of the share capital of BFW Liegenschaften.
The transaction brings the holding company, as the main shareholder, a significant step closer to the planned privatization of BFW Liegenschaften and the delisting of the real estate company from the Six Swiss Exchange. (ah)
