Bern: Von Graffenried takes over administrator Szakaly Marti
Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften will integrate the Bernese real estate management company Szakaly Marti Verwaltungen as part of a succession solution as of April 1, 2020.
The succession arrangement ensures continuity for the owners of the properties that were previously managed by Szakaly Marti, according to Von Graffenried Liegenschaften. All employment relationships of the employees will be taken over by Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften at its headquarters in Bern, the statement continues. The previous location of Szakaly Marti Verwaltungen at Neuengass-Passage 2 in Bern will close at the end of March 2020.
Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften, with around 100 employees, is active in real estate management as well as sales, leasing and valuation in the greater Bern area. The company is part of the Von Graffenried Group in Bern. (ah)
