BFW Real Estate: Daniel Nipkow is to become a director
The majority shareholder BFW Holding proposes Daniel Nipkow for election to the Board of Directors of BFW Liegenschaften. He is to join the board as a representative of the registered shares category A.
Daniel Nipkow (born 1954) has been working in the real estate industry for many years. He specialises in project development and realisation, including the associated trade. Nipkow is owner and member of the Board of Directors of D4N AG, Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of Nipkow Expert, partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delphyn Immobilien, partner and member of the Board of Directors of Kurwohnen and Delegate of the Board of Directors of Roprop.
Earlier stages of his career included Allreal Generalunternehmung and ThyssenKrupp Aufzüge (Switzerland), and from 2007 to 2010 Nipkow was Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of Prorealis.
At the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2020, the real estate expert is to be elected to the Board of Directors of BFW Liegenschaften as a representative of the registered shares category A. He succeeds Christian Wunderlin, who is no longer standing for re-election. (ah)
