La Foncière: Capital increase was subscribed at 100%
Despite a turbulent stock market due to the Corona pandemic, the real estate fund La Foncière has successfully completed its capital increase. The issue was subscribed to 100%, the fund management said.
La Foncière has issued just under 1.24 million new fund units at a net price of CHF 88.00 each. According to earlier information from the fund management company, the issue thus has a volume of around 108.9 million.
The new units were paid up on March 31, 2020, and were admitted to trading on the same date. This means that there are now around 13.6 million fund units in circulation. (ah)
