Bonainvest Holding AG, a private limited company based in Solothurn, was able to increase its operating result in the 2019 financial year - the tenth year of its existence - compared to the previous year. The value of the portfolio amounted to CHF 253.6 million at the end of 2019; income from rental properties was around CHF 9.1 million in the past financial year. The detailed Annual and Financial Report 2019 will be published on April 21, 2020.

In order to develop already acquired and also new real estate projects, Bonainvest Holding will increase its equity by a maximum of 30 million (equivalent of issue amount) as of July 2, 2020, and the subscription period will run until June 25, 2020. A maximum of 345,822 new shares with a nominal value of CHF 10 are to be issued. The issue price is CHF 86.75. There is a minimum subscription amount of CHF 500,000 for new shareholders.

The portfolio is growing with real estate projects that Bonainvest develops, realizes and operates according to the standards of its subsidiary Bonacasa. According to current planning, the value of the portfolio is expected to increase to more than 570 million by 2024, but management rules out growth at any price in view of the challenging market environment - it is growing "carefully with properties that are exclusively in line with our strategy and that we acquire at reasonable prices," according to the information on the capital increase.
