New member of the Board of Directors of Verit Immobilien AG
At the Annual General Meeting on 8 April 2020, David Naef was newly elected to the Board of Directors of Verit Immobilien AG.

From November 2018 to March 2020, David Naef led the Project and Construction Management department of Verit Immobilien AG as Head of Department ad interim.
Naef gained his first professional experience at Karl Steiner AG, Zurich (now Steiner AG), first as project assistant for real estate development (2002 - 2003) and then as project manager for real estate development (2004 - 2006). For eleven years he worked in various functions at Halter AG, Zurich. In the years 2006 - 2008 as Project Manager Development in the business unit Halter Developments, from 2008 - 2010 as Head of Project Development and Member of the Executive Board in the business unit Halter Developments and finally from 2011 - 2017 as Managing Director Real Estate and Member of the Group Management in the business unit Halter Real Estate.
Since 2018, David Naef has been Managing Partner of Naef & Partner AG, which he founded. The company provides services in the areas of service development, asset management and real estate advisory. (bw)
