Stefan Hilber becomes Chief Financial Officer of Mobimo
Mobimo Holding AG has appointed Stefan Hilber as Chief Financial Officer. He will take up his post next autumn.
The Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding AG has appointed Stefan Hilber (39) as Mobimo's new CFO. Stefan Hilber will succeed Manuel Itten in autumn 2020. After graduating in economics with a focus on finance from the University of Zurich, Hilber joined KPMG AG in Zurich in the Audit Financial Services department and in parallel completed further training to become a Swiss certified accountant.
Since 2010, he has been active in listed companies in the real estate sector, initially as Senior Financial Advisor at Peach Property Group AG in Zurich, then from 2013 in management positions at Warteck Invest AG in Basel. Since 2015, Stefan Hilber has been CFO and member of the Executive Board at Warteck Invest AG.
Until Stefan Hilber joins the company, Jörg Brunner, longstanding Head of Group Accounting and Financial Accounting, will act as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and head Mobimo's finance department on an ad interim basis. (bw)
