Capital increase for the Akara Diversity PK

Akara Funds AG announces that a maximum of 180,642 new units in the fund will be issued at a net issue price of CHF 1.101 each, with five existing units entitling the holder to subscribe to one new unit. The issue will be made on a "best effort basis" by way of a rights offering. The subscription period started on May 4, 2020 and will run until June 12.

The fund management intends to inform investors of the definitive number of new units to be issued by June 19 at the latest. The payment will take place on June 26. The fund intends to use the proceeds from the issue to invest in real estate assets and projects throughout Switzerland and to repay short-term debt capital. (ah)
