Steiner Investment Foundation seeks fresh capital
The Steiner Investment Foundation is launching the second issue of the Swiss Development Commercial real estate investment group. The target issue volume is CHF 30 million.
In the first quarter of 2020, the Steiner Investment Foundation's Swiss Development Commercial investment group increased its net asset value to CHF 103.14 million. According to the management, there are already "further highly interesting projects in the pipeline". The second issue with a volume of CHF 30 million is therefore already to be carried out for the investment group.
The subscription period begins on May 11 and ends on May 22, 2020; payment is scheduled for June 10. Swiss pension funds are eligible to subscribe. (bw)
