Reinforcement for Akara Real Estate Management
Christian Ulrich becomes head of realization and member of the executive board at Akara Real Estate Management. He moves from Halter as of August.
Christian Ulrich (born 1968, Swiss) has been with Halter AG since 2008, and as a member of the Halter AG Total Services Executive Board since 2011, he was responsible for managing the Conversion and Renovation department.
Ulrich has a broad network in the real estate industry, many years of management experience and proven expertise in the realization of buildings, according to Akara Funds. In particular, he is distinguished by his solid track record as an overall project manager for general contractors.
With Ulrich, Akara Real Estate Management intends to expand its business field in the area of realization and offer this as a total or general contractor in the future, says Jonathan van Gelder, president of the company's board of directors.
According to the announcement, Robert Haller (born 1962, Swiss and German) will retire from the management of Akara Real Estate Management and focus on real estate trust mandates as head of the development and realization department of Akara Funds. (ah)
