Donato Scognamiglio joins the Board of Directors of Garaio Rem AG
Software manufacturer Garaio REM has recruited IAZI CEO Donato Scognamiglio, a proven industry expert, to its Board of Directors.
At the Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2020, Garaio REM AG elected real estate expert Donato Scognamiglio to the Board of Directors. With the CEO of the real estate consulting firm IAZI AG, the software manufacturer has gained a proven industry expert for the board mandate.
Donato Scognamiglio is already active on various boards of directors and institutions - primarily in the real estate and financial sectors. He runs the real estate consultancy IAZI AG, which he himself co-founded. With over 100 employees in Zurich and Lausanne as well as in Asia, he analyzes the Swiss real estate market and advises clients in the industry.
"For more than 15 years, the products of Garaio REM AG have been shaping digitization in the Swiss real estate industry - so of course I have known the company and the management team for a long time. I am convinced by the focus and potential of Garaio REM AG," says Scognamiglio, explaining his decision. "I think the company will make a big difference in the industry."
Other members of the board of directors of Garaio REM AG are Adrian Bult (former member of the group management of Swisscom, professional board member), Jürg Stöckli (former head of real estate and member of the group management of SBB, professional board member), and Thomas Kühne (CIO and member of the management of Mobiliar).
