Office Lab opens large coworking space in Spreitenbach
Coworking provider Office Lab has opened what the company claims is Switzerland's largest coworking space on Industriestrasse in Spreitenbach.
The "Office Lab Limmatstadt" at Industriesstrasse 171 in Spreitenbach occupies 5,500 square meters of space and offers more than 340 workstations. The individual offices contain between four and 30 workstations. In addition, the coworking space has 20 meeting and project rooms, lounges and a kitchen with a "community zone".
The property also housed an Interio store. Following the sale to the Austrian XXXLutz Group the location will continue to operate under the Mömax brand.
Office Lab is represented at five locations across Switzerland with this latest opening. In addition to Spreitenbach, the company has coworking spaces in Baden, Zug, Zurich-Altstetten and Zurich-Wollishofen. (ah)
