The Annual General Meeting of Espace Real Estate Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors. A dividend of CHF 4.75 per share from capital contribution reserves was approved, and the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee were newly elected.
The current members of the Board of Directors Dr. Andreas Hauswirth (Chairman), Stephan A. Müller and Ueli Winzenried were confirmed for a further term of office of one year. Theodor F. Kocher did not stand for re-election, and the shareholders elected Christoph Arpagaus as a new member of the Board of Directors. Arpagaus has been a co-owner, member of the executive board, and head of the Bern headquarters of the architectural firm Itten+Brechbühl since 2006. All members of the Board of Directors were also elected to the Compensation Committee for a term of office of one year.
The effects of the corona virus pandemic on Espace cannot be assessed conclusively at present, the company says. From today's point of view, however, the Corona-related rent losses could be absorbed or at best even compensated due to the successful new leases last year, it says. (ah)
