Thomas Huber resigns from Helvetica Board of Directors
There are changes in the board of directors at Helvetica Property Investors AG. Thomas Huber has resigned for personal reasons, the company says.

Thomas Huber (born 1963) has been a member of Helvetica's Board of Directors since 2015. He worked for 23 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible as a partner for the development and expansion of the asset management industry in Switzerland. Huber is currently active as an entrepreneur and member of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors of Helvetica now consists of Dr. Hans Ueli Keller (Chairman), Peter E. Bodmer (Vice Chairman), Herbert Kahlich and Hans R. Holdener (member of the Investment Committee). (ah)
