Immofonds plans capital increase
Immofonds is planning a capital increase of approximately CHF 100 million in the fall of 2020 to further develop the property portfolio.
The Board of Directors of AG für Fondsverwaltung plans to increase the capital of Immofonds by approximately CHF 100 million. To this end, new units with subscription rights for existing unit holders are to be issued in the fall of 2020.
The inflow of funds is earmarked for targeted investments to exploit existing potential in the portfolio. In addition, the funds will be used to reduce debt and, on a selective basis, to acquire new properties. "We will use the inflowing funds to exploit existing opportunities for the internal upgrading of the property portfolio and to make new acquisitions," explains fund manager Gabriela Theus. (bw)
