Fresh money for the SF Sustainable Property Fund
The capital increase of the SF Sustainable Property Fund was successfully completed. As a result of the issue, the fund received new money amounting to the maximum gross amount of CHF 61.91 million.
The capital increase took place from May 25 to June 10, 2020 and was carried out by means of a rights offering. Thirteen existing shares entitled the holder to subscribe to one new share. As the fund management SFP all of the maximum 507,488 new shares were issued. The issue price was CHF 122.00 net per unit certificate.
The SF Sustainable Property Fund will receive gross new money of CHF 61.91 million from the issue. The number of units outstanding is now 7,104,834. The new units will be paid up next Tuesday, June 16, 2020. (bw)
